• All products should be used as per the instructions provided and within their shelf life.

3. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, if applicable).
• We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
• Payments must be made through the secure online payment methods available at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed and dispatched between Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Standard delivery timelines:
• Within Maharashtra: 3–5 business days
• Outside Maharashtra: 6–8 business days
• Same-day delivery is available within Pune city limits for orders placed before 11:00 AM.
• Frozen and cold-storage products are preferably delivered within Pune only.
• Shipping charges are calculated at ₹100 per kg based on the total weight of your order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, festivals, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, most items are non-returnable.
• Returns/refunds are only accepted in cases of:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged in transit
• Expired/spoilt product on delivery
• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• Bulk/wholesale order cancellations are subject to management discretion.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any misuse of products after delivery, including improper storage or handling.
• Frozen items shipped outside Pune are sent at the customer’s risk.
