Returns & Refunds Policy
At Goyal Traders, we take utmost care in sourcing, storing, and delivering high-quality baking ingredients. Since most of our products are perishable and food-grade, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
• Perishable items (such as flours, chocolates, frozen products, cream, butter, yeast, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Cold-storage/frozen items are also non-returnable as they are sensitive to handling and temperature.
✅ Return Eligibility
A return or replacement will only be considered if:
• You have received a wrong item.
• The product is damaged in transit.
• The product is expired or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.
In such cases, please:
1. Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at [Customer Care Email/Phone].
2. Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.
If approved, we will either:
• Arrange for a replacement, or
• Issue a store credit/refund to your original payment method (as applicable).
⏳ Refund Timelines
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
⚠️ Important Notes
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• We do not accept returns due to change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect order placement by the customer.
• For bulk or wholesale orders, refunds/replacements will be at the sole discretion of the company.
